The Senior Business Analyst partners with Platform Engineering to measure the business impact of infrastructure, identity, authentication, and security initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing conversion, engagement, retention, and purchase funnels; designing experiments; assessing security and member-experience tradeoffs; analyzing gross margin, COGS, and cloud hosting costs; building dashboards and reports; and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Develop and maintain Kotlin-based native Android features for personalized healthcare experiences. Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs, apply modern architecture patterns, improve shared libraries and build tooling, optimize performance and reliability, write secure tested code, participate in reviews, and document technical decisions. Build and lead core iOS platform capabilities for WHOOP’s regulated healthcare offerings. Develop Swift features, shared architecture, networking, persistence, and UI components while improving reliability, performance, testing, observability, and release practices. Lead technical planning for complex initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, establish engineering standards, and mentor engineers. The role supports secure Medicare and Medicaid experiences and clinical behavior-change programs.

Own growth product strategy focused on trial conversion and member retention. Lead discovery, roadmap development, experimentation, KPI ownership, and end-to-end delivery across onboarding, gamification, loyalty, community, ecosystem, churn, and business model initiatives. Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and executives to deliver measurable business impact, improve product practices, and mentor junior product managers.

Owns end-to-end materials readiness and supply execution across new product introduction and sustaining hardware programs. Coordinates demand, supply, inventory, manufacturing capacity, and clear-to-build processes while identifying and mitigating risks. Partners with engineering, supply management, operations, finance, manufacturing sites, and external manufacturing partners to support ramps, launch targets, product continuity, and inventory health. The role also establishes tracking and escalation processes and requires approximately 15% international travel.

Partner with product and cross-functional teams to define KPIs, build measurement frameworks, analyze experiments and launches, and deliver insights that shape product strategy and roadmap decisions. Build self-serve reporting tools, translate complex data into actionable recommendations, and develop deep product-domain expertise across AI, algorithms, hardware, and healthcare.

Leads end-to-end design of AI-first consumer product experiences, from research and problem framing through prototypes and polished interfaces. Translates complex AI insights into intuitive, trustworthy workflows; conducts user research and usability testing; and collaborates with product, engineering, and data science teams on production-ready solutions. Advocates for accessible, inclusive, ethical, and transparent AI design while using Figma and AI-enabled tools throughout the design process.

Supports the scaling of WHOOP’s wholesale and B2B operations by improving ERP, inventory, fulfillment, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and reporting systems. Partners with cross-functional teams and external vendors to translate business needs into technical solutions, integrations, and process improvements. Leads initiatives from requirements through implementation, testing, training, and support while mentoring other business systems analysts and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.

Build and maintain full-stack systems supporting WHOOP’s design system and translation infrastructure. Develop reusable React and TypeScript components, backend services, RESTful APIs, localization pipelines, RTL and bidirectional text support, and accessible responsive interfaces. Collaborate with Design, Product, Platform, and Localization teams while improving CI/CD tooling, frontend architecture, design tokens, and cross-platform component libraries.
