Owns learning operations and delivery across the company, including intake, prioritization, LMS administration, reporting, compliance, integrations, vendor management, content lifecycle, facilitation, and program measurement. Translates business needs into scalable learning solutions, partners with stakeholders and subject matter experts, and improves learner experiences through automation, system enhancements, feedback, and data-driven insights.

Lead and scale multiple product security engineering teams while defining security strategy, secure SDLC standards, identity and authentication capabilities, vulnerability management, DevSecOps tooling, cloud security, privacy by design, and threat modeling. Lead WHOOP’s global Total Rewards strategy, including compensation, equity, incentives, executive pay, recognition, and benefits. Build scalable systems, analytics, governance, and processes supporting growth and international expansion. Advise executives, the Board, and Compensation Committee using market and workforce data, while partnering with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders. Ensure competitive, equitable, compliant programs across regions and align rewards with organizational performance and talent outcomes.

Leads end-to-end development of accessories, apparel, bands, materials, and emerging physical products from concept through commercialization and production readiness. Builds and manages the development organization, establishes processes and technical capabilities, partners with Design, Sourcing, Quality, suppliers, mills, factories, and manufacturing teams, and drives feasibility, testing, validation, costing, risk mitigation, and mass-production transitions while maintaining quality and performance.

Supports global indirect tax compliance across U.S. and international jurisdictions, including sales and use tax, VAT, GST, registrations, audits, notices, refunds, and tax authority inquiries. Analyzes large datasets, prepares tax-return data, performs reconciliations, maintains tax systems and workflows, and partners with internal teams and external providers. The role also investigates issues, recommends solutions, improves controls, and automates recurring processes.
