Provides technical leadership for site reliability and platform engineering across multiple teams. Supervise NOC shift operations, ensuring SLA compliance and serving as the first escalation point for incidents. Track open incidents and ongoing issues, coordinate system access for NOC engineers, manage shift schedules and PTO requests, and handle administrative needs. Support troubleshooting of web and internet applications while coordinating requirements and progress across teams.

Provide Tier 3/4 technical support for enterprise customers using LivePerson’s conversational platform. Troubleshoot complex issues involving APIs, SDKs, mobile environments, web technologies, and cloud services; manage escalations within SLAs; coordinate with customers, Product, and Engineering; analyze recurring problems; improve support processes and tools; mentor team members; and participate in 24/7 shifts and on-call coverage.

Architects and builds next-generation conversational AI products using generative AI. Leads and mentors engineering teams, establishes technical direction, partners with Product on scalable solutions, designs resilient cloud-native architectures, promotes AI tools and services, and drives quality through test automation. The role requires extensive full-stack development, enterprise SaaS architecture, production AI delivery, cloud platforms, and technical engineering leadership experience.

Design, deploy, and manage resilient GCP network architectures, including VPCs, Interconnects, load balancing, and DNS. Lead Terraform-based infrastructure automation, implement network security policies, optimize cloud networking costs, and resolve connectivity and performance issues. Drive SRE practices such as capacity planning, error budgets, monitoring, and alerting. Partner with SRE, platform, and engineering teams to onboard services and maintain high availability, reliability, and security across distributed systems.

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise SaaS customers as a trusted advisor. Drive retention, renewals, upsells, and expansion through executive engagement, value-based selling, account planning, and cross-functional orchestration. Own renewal strategy, forecasting, and commercial outcomes while identifying risks and delivering measurable business value from LivePerson's AI and contact center solutions.

Provide SecOps operational support: triage alerts, test for vulnerabilities, investigate incidents, monitor security systems, harden cloud and infrastructure, document SOPs/playbooks, analyze logs for anomalous activity, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate with IT and systems teams to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
