Lead DevOps architecture and technical strategy across engineering teams. Optimize production ML systems for performance and scalability, mentor engineers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of ML initiatives. Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Rebate Management product. Define product requirements, prioritize backlog with engineering, translate customer feedback into features, track product-health metrics, and align cross-functionally with Pricing, CPQ, and Data Platform teams to deliver integrated commercial workflows.

Design, implement, optimize, and deploy machine learning models and pipelines for production. Perform data processing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and runtime tuning. Collaborate with engineers on integration and infrastructure, maintain technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and support sales/implementation teams with technical guidance.

Own strategy and performance of multichannel demand-generation campaigns across EMEA. Localize global campaigns into French/German markets, manage campaign rollouts, align with Sales and BD, drive pipeline and revenue outcomes, report on performance, and optimize messaging by persona and region.

Define and execute go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, and sales enablement for Manage and Fulfill products and the Conga Platform/Cloud. Conduct market segmentation, persona and competitive analysis, create content and enablement assets, support partner programs and events, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive sales, renewals, and revenue.

Sell Conga enterprise SaaS to new-logo accounts by prospecting, qualifying, and closing complex, high-value deals. Develop territory and account plans, collaborate with Sales Engineering, BD, Marketing, Customer Success and Partners, and position solutions (CPQ, CLM, doc-gen, e-signature) to drive revenue lifecycle transformation. Focus is 100% new business and quota attainment.

Sell Conga’s commercial operations solutions to enterprise organizations by sourcing new logos and expanding existing customers through upselling and cross-selling. Develop territory strategies, prospect, build executive relationships, manage complex sales cycles, align multiple stakeholders, grow pipeline, and collaborate with sales engineering, business development, RevOps, legal, IT, and core account executives.

Lead design and delivery of enterprise Quote-to-Cash solutions using Conga products. Provide hands-on architecture, prototyping, development, integrations, and technical leadership for CPQ and contract management implementations. Drive pre-sales, requirement gathering, design documentation, testing, and client-facing technical discussions while mentoring development teams.
