Create and optimize paid media, lifecycle, CRM, video, motion, UGC, email, and landing-page creative. Write copy, design assets, edit footage, use generative AI, manage rapid testing cycles, maintain brand and regulatory compliance, build scalable production systems, and partner with growth and media operations teams.

Manage a client portfolio for Weedmaps, driving revenue growth, retention, platform adoption, and billing collections. Provide data-based recommendations, conduct business reviews and product demonstrations, train clients, maintain accurate CRM and billing records, collaborate with Account Executives, and relay customer feedback to improve products and processes.

Drives strategic account growth, revenue, retention, and adoption across high-value regional accounts. Evaluates client operations, develops customized solutions, negotiates upsells and partnerships, mitigates churn risk, and presents performance insights to executive teams. The role also oversees onboarding strategy, client governance, data integrity, and compliance while collaborating with leadership, Product, and Engineering on platform strategy.

Perform high-volume cannabis menu curation by linking retailers menu items to brand catalog products accurately. Review, interpret, and enter product data using online platforms, meet daily productivity goals, report inconsistencies, follow SOPs, collaborate with teammates, and suggest process improvements while maintaining data security and confidentiality.
