Apply observability and security platform knowledge to align technical and business objectives.

Partner with sales to qualify and close opportunities by delivering technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts. Provide technical expertise during pre-sales, assist onboarding and troubleshooting, gather customer feedback for product, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues. Support customers and partners while traveling up to 25% and communicating fluently in Spanish and English.

Manage and coach a regional Sales Engineering team to qualify and close deals for Datadog Security and observability products. Partner with sales, deliver demos, support technical evaluations/POCs, recruit and onboard SEs, coordinate with product/support, run performance reviews, and drive pre-sale customer success.

Own end-to-end lifecycle, define functional observability, integrate AI-powered root-cause tools, engage customers, research competitors, and work with GTM to position Journey Monitoring for cross-team adoption and revenue impact.
