Partners with sales, technical account management, customer success, and account teams to present Datadog’s value, deliver product demonstrations, support customer trials, conduct technical evaluations, assess solution feasibility, and close complex enterprise opportunities. Builds evaluation plans, resolves technical concerns, communicates with stakeholders from technical experts to C-level executives, and shares customer and competitive feedback with product and business teams.

Partner with Account Executives to lead technical sales strategies for enterprise opportunities. Conduct discovery, demos, presentations, workshops, and proof-of-value evaluations. Translate customer goals into Datadog solutions, manage technical evaluation plans, develop customer champions, provide product feedback, document sales activity, and collaborate with Product, Support, and go-to-market teams to resolve technical blockers and drive adoption.

The Customer Success Manager will drive product adoption, build customer relationships, and collaborate with sales and various teams to enhance customer experience and promote growth opportunities.
