Provide high-level executive support in Datadog’s Tokyo and APJ offices. Responsibilities include calendar and inbox management, meeting and event coordination, expense reporting, domestic and international travel arrangements, confidential document handling, translation services, leadership meeting support, and tracking action items. Serve as a trusted advisor, project-manage onboarding, advocate for customer needs, and promote loyalty and advocacy across customer organizations.

Manage the vulnerability lifecycle across Datadog’s multi-cloud environment, including detection, impact assessment, prioritization, remediation, and verification. Build AI-assisted automation, tools, and workflows that reduce engineering toil and address vulnerabilities earlier in the SDLC. Analyze remediation failures, identify root causes, partner with security and engineering teams, and provide vulnerability-management expertise for SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, FedRAMP, and ISO compliance.

Own the vision, roadmap, packaging, pricing, quality metrics, and launch of Bits Release, an agentic software release validation product. Partner with customers, engineering, design, finance, marketing, advocacy, and sales to build trusted developer experiences, evaluate AI agent reliability, support production validation, and take the product from preview to general availability.

Build and manage global commercial customer success curricula, including instructor-led materials, eLearning, facilitator guides, job aids, assessments, practice, and reinforcement. Translate business goals into measurable learning objectives and observable behaviors. Partner with program managers, operations teams, facilitators, subject matter experts, and test audiences to deliver high-quality programs on schedule. Maintain content after launch, analyze learner data, and use AI responsibly to improve content creation and feedback analysis.

Lead and grow a data engineering team responsible for allocating cloud costs to products and customers. Own reproducible, versioned metric publication for Finance, platform-team cost contracts, coverage onboarding, identity mapping, and cost-to-revenue joins. Drive roadmap delivery across teams, improve cost accuracy and coverage, reduce key-person risk, and use AI tooling to increase engineering productivity.

Own the applied science direction for GenSim, Datadog’s generative simulation environment for training and evaluating AI agents. Define methodology and quality metrics for post-training data, improve simulation realism and failure difficulty, and develop scalable production systems integrated into training loops. Lead LLM and agent evaluation approaches, determine how synthetic data should be applied, and collaborate across engineering and applied science teams.

Own and execute regional field marketing programs across the North Central region, including events, sponsorships, customer panels, and workshops. Manage logistics, collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams, track program metrics, and optimize campaigns to drive pipeline generation.
