Lead and grow a team building automated GRC engineering solutions to scale commercial audit and compliance (SOC2, PCI, HIPAA, ISO). Define roadmap, build internal tooling to automate evidence collection, embed compliance into CI/CD and cloud-native infrastructure, and partner with security, legal, and engineering to operationalize a common control framework and improve audit efficiency through automation and metrics.
