Develop backend systems using Go, Java, Rust, or C++, alongside Kafka, Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, and other open-source technologies. Own production services, optimize durability, availability, latency, performance, and operability, and use AI coding tools effectively.

Provide high-level administrative and executive support for multiple leaders across APJ. Manage calendars, meetings, inboxes, expenses, travel, confidential documents, translation services, leadership meetings, action items, and business events. Support quarterly all-hands calls, sales reviews, onboarding, office functions, and executive support team projects while maintaining confidentiality, organization, and effective communication in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Lead a five-engineer Coordination Systems Storage team responsible for distributed configuration storage and distribution systems. Manage prioritization, delegation, ceremonies, incidents, root cause analysis, and operational excellence initiatives. Remain hands-on through feature development, remediation, investigations, performance optimization, and profiling. Collaborate with internal platform stakeholders while improving reliability through gamedays, operational reviews, validation, and proactive incident prevention.

Manage and grow Datadog’s strategic cloud security channel partners across APAC. Drive partner-sourced revenue, recruit and onboard new partners, develop joint solutions and services, enable partners through training and co-selling, coordinate technical and marketing launches, manage partner agreements, and conduct business reviews using success metrics. The role requires quota-carrying cybersecurity or cloud security SaaS experience and 30–40% travel.

Manage strategic enterprise customers by onboarding, training, driving product adoption, building relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor. Partner with sales, engineering, support, product, finance, and legal teams. Monitor usage trends to identify renewal risks and expansion opportunities, while aligning customer business and technical goals with Datadog’s observability and security offerings. Travel to customer onsite visits and events as needed.

Handle complex customer escalations involving usage metering, billing anomalies, cloud cost management, quotas, overages, and telemetry attribution. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance to investigate issues, improve billing transparency, develop diagnostics and playbooks, train global Solutions teams, and communicate cost impacts to technical and business stakeholders.
