Leads cross-functional technical programs supporting customer-facing Technical Solutions teams. Owns the recruiting technology roadmap, automation, AI governance, data workflows, vendor relationships, and platform adoption. Partners with Recruiting, Engineering, IT, Security, Finance, People Technology, analytics, and executives to improve recruiter productivity, hiring quality, compliance, and user experience while leading multidisciplinary teams and organizational transformation.

Targets and closes new business with large strategic enterprise customers. Responsibilities include prospecting Fortune 1000 companies, building relationship maps, understanding customer needs, negotiating pricing and business terms, expanding existing accounts, developing pipeline, validating opportunities, and maintaining accurate forecasts. The role requires enterprise SaaS or IT infrastructure sales experience, demonstrated success exceeding $1 million in sales goals, and regular travel to client sites.

Responds to cybersecurity incidents by triaging alerts, coordinating containment, building automation, improving detection capabilities, and leading post-incident reviews. Partners with threat intelligence and detection engineering teams, participates in incident command, conducts tabletop and purple team exercises, maintains runbooks, and supports a light on-call rotation. Requires cloud security expertise, knowledge of threat actor tactics, and programming experience for incident response and forensic tools.

Requires enterprise technology sales experience, strong prospecting and closing skills, large-deal experience, and regular travel to client sites.

Own the vision, strategy, and execution of Datadog RUM features that improve customer onboarding, product adoption, experience consistency, and frontend performance intelligence. Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer insights, define requirements and roadmaps, collaborate with engineering, design, data science, marketing, customer success, and technical writing, and communicate releases to technical and executive audiences.

Lead product design across Datadog’s security products, manage and coach designers across multiple offices, set design direction and quality standards, develop a security-focused design system, and partner with Product and Engineering leaders on roadmaps and outcomes. The role requires strong product design leadership, experience with complex software products, AI fluency, and the ability to navigate technical cloud and security environments.

Own and improve product development operations, launch processes, cross-functional workflows, product knowledge, and enablement. Build AI-powered agents and automated workflows, maintain launch visibility, analyze product and customer signals, and provide actionable recommendations to product leadership. Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to improve alignment, efficiency, and operational excellence.
