Set and enforce creative standards, build repeatable systems and workflows, partner with strategy and cross-functional leaders, mentor emerging design leaders, and own the brands visual identity and design systems across digital, events, paid media, and internal materials.

Lead technical strategy for high-stakes enterprise deals: define future-state architectures, navigate security and data governance stakeholders, identify technical blockers and scalable workarounds, and create reusable best-practice blueprints for large-scale Braze deployments.

Lead the Applications & Integrations team to own Salesforce and GTM/CX application architecture, governance, integrations, and middleware (Tray.io/Workato/MuleSoft). Ensure SOX/ITGC compliance, data modeling sign-off, automation delivery, stakeholder partnership, documentation, change management, and hands-on escalation support for application stability and audit readiness.

Lead architecture, governance, roadmap, and support for GTM/CX applications and Salesforce. Design and deliver integrations, own Tray.io middleware, ensure data integrity and SOX/ITGC compliance, drive change management, and provide escalation support for application issues.
