Lead AI-driven content operations product roadmap: embed with content teams, build and ship AI-powered CMS tools and prototypes (Sanity integrations), drive adoption, and make build-vs-buy decisions while pairing closely with engineering.

Lead technical strategy for high-stakes enterprise deals: define future-state architectures, navigate security and data governance stakeholders, identify technical blockers and scalable workarounds, and create reusable best-practice blueprints for large-scale Braze deployments.

Embed with functional teams to discover high-value workflows, build and ship AI agents and automations on shared infrastructure, coach teams to self-sufficiency, monitor adoption and quality, productize durable agents into the platform, and document reusable playbooks to scale transformation across the company.
