Builds account plans, maps complex buying committees, runs consultative sales cycles, delivers executive business value assessments, negotiates deals, maintains Salesforce forecasts, and partners cross-functionally on pipeline development and onboarding. Represents Braze at sports industry events and travels for in-market meetings.

Own enterprise sales across NHL, NBA, MLB, and MLS accounts, balancing net-new acquisition with expansion of existing relationships. Build account plans, map stakeholders, run consultative sales cycles, deliver executive business value assessments, forecast in Salesforce, and partner cross-functionally on deal structure and onboarding. Represent Braze at sports industry events and connect its customer engagement platform to ticket revenue, sponsorship activation, retention, and fan engagement outcomes.

Own an enterprise sales territory covering professional sports teams and leagues across NHL, NBA, MLB, and MLS. Build pipeline through net-new acquisition and expansion, develop account strategies, map stakeholders, and lead consultative sales cycles through negotiation and close. Present executive business value assessments, maintain Salesforce forecasting, collaborate with marketing, business development, consulting, deal desk, and customer success, and represent Braze at industry events. The role requires enterprise SaaS sales experience and travel for meetings and events.

Lead design and delivery of enterprise integrations, automation, and AI-driven workflows across SaaS platforms. Architect scalable APIs, middleware, and conversational self-service experiences; partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Product; mentor engineers and drive long-term platform strategy, governance, and operational excellence.

Lead end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy and execution using Braze to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Build and optimize multi-channel journeys, segments, A/B tests and AI personalization, align cross-functionally, manage campaign calendar, measure impact on retention and upsell, and document AI testing and best practices.
