Manage and grow a team of quality engineers to identify, resolve, and eliminate spacecraft and product manufacturing quality issues. Lead root cause and corrective action investigations, own discrepancy report resolution, partner with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and programs, enforce quality requirements across the product lifecycle, and lead QMS activities including audits, calibration, and nonconformance management.

Lead electronic/electrical system design, integration, validation, and test for aerospace platforms. Translate requirements into architectures, define verification strategies, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, coordinate suppliers and labs, mentor junior engineers, and ensure traceability and compliance across the product lifecycle.
