Design, architect, implement, and test simulation software and virtual environments for flight trainers. Lead integration, validation, and documentation of simulation models, mentor junior engineers, support proposals, and work within agile teams to deliver simulation subsystems and tooling for training systems.

Optimize manufacturing systems for aerospace aerostructures by analyzing workflow, performing time-and-motion studies, balancing lines, conducting capacity and simulation analyses, applying Lean/Six Sigma and VSM, developing KPIs and dashboards, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing, and integrating safety and ergonomic improvements.

Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes and tooling for complex electro-optical aerospace parts. Collaborate with design, suppliers, and QA to ensure manufacturability, compliance with AS9100, and resolution of non-conformances. Create work instructions, support shop layout and equipment selection, participate in IPTs and MRB activities, and troubleshoot production issues to implement corrective actions.

Manage and administer contracts for Insitu Pacific: prepare, negotiate, amend and execute contracts; ensure compliance with contractual, export/import and audit requirements; mitigate commercial risk; advise stakeholders; maintain contract registers and enforce contractual rights.

Provide operational supply chain planning and warehouse support for autonomous air vehicle flight test and sustainment. Analyze post-production data to set reorder points, track and coordinate customer material and orders, process returns, analyze supplier/customer repair and capacity data, and manage repair and warranty documentation. Role is based at RAAF Base Amberley with periodic travel to remote ranges.

Lead configuration and product data management across the airplane lifecycle, define and roll out CM/DM standards, conduct technical design reviews and audits, evaluate complex trades and changes, integrate cross-discipline product elements, develop technical program plans, and mentor engineering teams to ensure traceability, compliance, and adopt CM/DM tools and processes.
