Lead a team of structures analysis and design engineers for 787 airframe final body joints, managing staffing, budgets, suppliers, cross-functional collaboration, technical oversight, mentoring, project execution, and tools/process maintenance to ensure safety, certification readiness, and delivery of engineering solutions.

Lead and manage an onsite aerospace engineering team through full product lifecycle. Oversee technical processes, cost, schedule, staffing, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination. Mentor staff, set performance plans, and support program priorities while ensuring compliance with export control and security requirements.

Define system requirements, perform reliability/affordability/safety analyses, manage requirements and risk, resolve cross-functional technical issues, use data analytics to track fleet health, and coordinate with suppliers, field reps, and USAF to improve aircraft availability.

Lead and develop a team of Software Quality Engineers for mission-critical aerospace programs. Translate contractual and technical requirements into SQE priorities, define SQE processes/checklists/metrics, oversee verification strategies and artifacts, coordinate supplier SQE, drive continuous improvement and defect reduction, and maintain stakeholder relationships while resolving elevated SQE issues.

Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships and contracting for defence communications programs: develop sourcing and contracting strategies, negotiate pricing and terms, prepare and execute contracts, manage supplier performance (schedule, quality, delivery, finance), lead supplier improvement activities, and collaborate with internal teams to support supply chain and business growth.

Design, develop, test, and maintain full‑stack web applications, databases, and data processing tools for model‑based sustainment simulations. Collaborate with stakeholders, lead or contribute to planning and code reviews, troubleshoot and optimize software, improve processes and documentation, and mentor junior engineers in an agile, mission‑critical aerospace environment.

Support development, execution, and documentation of P-8 Mission Systems scenario test procedures in integration labs, serve as TACCO during tests, identify and track software defects, support systems-level integration and test activities, and advise software teams on new capabilities and defect resolution.
