Lead cross-functional projects for the VC-25B program as a Control Account Manager. Oversee earned value management, risk/issues/opportunity management, financial and performance reporting, stakeholder engagement, and portfolio-level tracking. Provide analysis, lessons learned, and ensure teams execute plans and reporting in accordance with project management standards.

Design and maintain cable/wire harness and electrical installation assemblies, perform design analyses and reviews, produce engineering dispositions for discrepancies, support supplier technical reviews, and document processes and specifications for electrical products. Hold AASB Design Engineer authority.

Operate and support mission-critical developer platforms (GitLab, CI/CD runners, Jira, Confluence, PostgreSQL, Artifactory, SonarQube). Monitor health, triage incidents, automate operations with IaC/Ansible/scripts, assist cloud/on-prem administration (AWS/Azure/Linux/containers), maintain runbooks, support backups/patching, and collaborate with developers and cybersecurity to apply SRE practices and improve delivery metrics.

Perform static and finite-element structural analyses and documentation for flight test instrumentation installations. Provide sizing recommendations, coordinate with subsystems and airframe analysts, verify structural integrity, and develop analysis tools and processes to support product lifecycle and certification.

Operate, improve, and sustain mission-critical developer platforms (GitLab, CI/CD, Jira, Confluence, PostgreSQL, Artifactory, SonarQube). Drive reliability, automation (IaC, Ansible), monitoring/SLOs, incident response, backups/disaster recovery, and platform administration. Lead troubleshooting, upgrades, and technical mentorship while partnering with cross-functional teams in a classified, onsite environment.

Perform insider threat and threat intelligence analysis, digital forensics, incident response, and proactive threat hunting. Lead investigations, produce intelligence reports, coordinate with stakeholders, maintain classified system security (ISSO/ISSM), and implement risk remediation and security controls to protect sensitive assets.

Perform pre- and post-layout static timing analysis and closure for ASICs, SoCs and FPGAs. Generate tool-independent timing constraints, resolve complex cross-domain timing paths, extract timing from circuit analysis, and collaborate with IP teams, EDA vendors and foundries. Mentor and train junior engineers and support timing convergence through signoff using industry EDA tools.

Design, implement, test, and maintain real-time/near-real-time software simulation models and system-level simulators for satellite mission rehearsal and operator training. Translate customer requirements, integrate and debug simulation scenarios, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and create automation tools for configuration and deployments in an agile CI/CD environment.
