Design and develop RF and digital satellite communications systems, implement and verify multi-rate fixed-point signal processing algorithms, perform performance analysis and waveform development, conduct trade studies, support integration, test and HDL-level design/verification of payloads and spacecraft, and carry out detailed system design and verification activities.

Lead supplier integration and performance across contract phases, conduct supplier assessments, develop work statements and movement plans, and drive corrective/recovery actions. Communicate risks, issues, and opportunities to stakeholders and provide technical and business guidance for strategic supply chain activities.

Lead a subsystem engineering team to design, integrate, test, and validate tactical radio-frequency sensor systems (electronic warfare) using MBSE and agile methods. Oversee supplier integration, technical approaches, requirements, lab testing, and coordinate with leadership, customers, and industry partners throughout the product lifecycle.
