The Financial Analyst will support budgeting, financial operations, and cost analysis for proprietary programs, requiring strong analytical skills and financial modeling expertise.

Leads electrophysics and radar engineering for air and space payloads across the product lifecycle. Responsibilities include radar performance and trade studies, signal and image processing, RWR integration, mission design, payload effectiveness analysis, technical leadership of teams and subcontractors, anomaly resolution, and capability roadmap development. The role requires advanced radar or signal-intelligence expertise, systems integration experience, and active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Design, develop, and integrate manufacturing software and automated hardware/robotic systems for aircraft production. Create architectures, algorithms, interfaces, code, and perform integration and testing. Collaborate with stakeholders, support agile planning, and drive process innovation to improve manufacturing quality, safety, and efficiency.

Provides technical direction for requirements analysis, architecture, testing, documentation, and technical assessments. The role is hybrid in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, with an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.

Develops, operates, integrates, and troubleshoots instrumentation, test control, and data acquisition systems for aircraft structural and mechanical testing. Designs test hardware, software, electrical schematics, instrumentation layouts, and cable routing; validates test data and ensures system readiness. The engineer also researches improved test technologies, collaborates with technical teams, and mentors less experienced personnel.

The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure, developing IaC solutions, and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams, managing environments, and providing technical mentorship to junior engineers.

Lead and perform complex nondestructive evaluation (NDE) analyses and failure investigations using ultrasonic, radiographic, eddy current, penetrant and other NDE methods. Generate test plans, determine root causes, revise procedures/specifications, support audits and supplier troubleshooting, and mentor junior staff. Drive R&D, continuous improvement, and cross-functional resolution of technical issues while maintaining contractual and regulatory compliance. Role is onsite and supports aerospace, defense, and space programs.

Leads cross-functional teams responsible for spacecraft integration and testing, owning cost, schedule, technical performance, risks, resource planning, earned value work packages, variance analysis, recovery plans, and executive reviews. Coordinates Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain while managing issue, change-control, and production-review boards. The role is fully onsite in El Segundo, California, with travel up to 10%.

Lead payload design engineering for out-of-production commercial aircraft: support COSP/SRP projects, create design solutions, review past engineering documents, coordinate design reviews and supplier activities, support spares and service engineering, and develop/modify interior payload systems using 3-D CAD tools.
