Partner with hiring leaders to develop and execute sourcing strategies, use ATS/CRM tools to screen and maintain candidate pipelines, manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers, analyze hiring metrics, coordinate onboarding, and drive continuous improvements to meet hiring timelines for Spirit AeroSystems’ commercial aerostructures teams.

Design, develop, evaluate, and modify end-to-end systems across the lifecycle. Ensure requirements meet client and government standards, manage requirements/verification, coordinate cross-functional teams, and document system engineering work. May require shift work and flexible schedules.

Lead wire harness design, documentation, and installation for space and launch vehicles. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, perform system integration and troubleshooting, support manufacturing and testing, mentor junior engineers, and maintain configuration, security, and compliance throughout product lifecycle.

Support bomber electrical manufacturing by interfacing with electrical suppliers, reviewing engineering drawings for manufacturability, investigating technical issues, implementing Lean, creating make/buy plans for electrical components and wire bundles, and authoring/updating electrical installation shop floor work instructions. Position is onsite in Oklahoma City with up to 25% domestic travel and requires U.S. security clearance eligibility.

Design, analyze, and integrate electromagnetic (LO) solutions for aircraft using CEM solvers; define and execute lab and range test plans; correlate simulation and measurement; collaborate with structures, propulsion, materials, flight test, and systems teams; prepare technical documentation, specifications, and presentations.

Design and document mechanical, fluid, and thermal systems and mechanism/kinematic components for a next-generation cruise missile. Perform detail design, computational analysis, supplier development, and prepare technical documentation while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to meet safety, security, and program requirements.

Monitor Boeing 777X fleets to identify and troubleshoot in-flight technical issues, use wiring diagrams and fault isolation manuals, develop data analysis tools, coordinate with Service and Design engineering, create customer correspondence and on-site support plans, deliver technical briefings and training, and drive process improvements and team mentoring in a 24/7 operational environment.

Lead structural analysis for advanced aircraft: develop and document structural requirements, create and run FEM/analytical models, coordinate across disciplines, support test planning/execution, validate designs, and document certification/test results for regulatory and customer substantiation.

Lead systems engineering for integration of mission-level capabilities across sensors, datalinks, mission management, and weapons/payload interfaces. Define and decompose requirements, maintain SysML/MBSE models, develop architectures, drive integration and verification, lead simulation and testing, analyze failure modes and resilience, and communicate technical tradeoffs. Mentor junior engineers and represent program as subject-matter expert through design, prototype, integration, verification, deployment, and sustainment.

Administer, configure, and maintain systems that log and monitor network threats. Design and implement security solutions, manage firewalls/IDS/IPS/VPNs, and perform security monitoring and incident response. Maintain network architecture per policy and support secure file transfer, encryption, and routing protocol implementations. Work may include flexible schedules and shift work.
