Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Auth, Fraud, and engineering teams; break projects into deliverable phases; write tested, extensible code; monitor system metrics and availability; participate in on-call support, code reviews, interviewing, and team development.

Lead four Account Executives selling platform partnerships to ISVs and SaaS providers. Define the ISV go-to-market strategy, manage complex negotiations, oversee opportunities from creation through launch and activation, improve prospecting and forecasting, and represent partner insights in commercial and product decisions. Responsibilities include coaching, hiring, talent planning, performance management, executive relationship building, and driving revenue growth across the platform ecosystem.

Define long-term strategy, oversee roadmaps, guide platform architecture, and ensure scalable, compliant, reliable financial systems. Manage 6–10 product managers, including people managers, while aligning Engineering, Finance, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and executive stakeholders. Drive international expansion, establish platform health metrics, and improve settlement, reconciliation, and operational performance.

Lead the design, development, delivery, and operation of secure, scalable authentication platform capabilities, including sign-in, account recovery, MFA, session management, authorization, and identity federation. Collaborate with Product, Security, Fraud, Compliance, and engineering teams; improve reliability, monitoring, code quality, and security practices; resolve production issues; mentor engineers; and communicate technical decisions and trade-offs.

Lead analytics for international market expansion, establishing scalable measurement, reporting, dashboards, data models, and operational analytics frameworks. Identify growth and profitability opportunities, define metrics, analyze performance, design experiments, and translate findings into business recommendations. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Finance, Commercial, and Operations, lead metric reviews, influence leadership decisions, and mentor junior analysts.

Manage post-sale relationships with merchant partners, driving retention, product adoption, upsells, cross-sells, revenue growth, and account health. Conduct performance reviews, address client needs, gather feedback, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and execute client strategies. Maintain product expertise while aligning client goals with company priorities.

Lead end-to-end product design for Affirm’s UK, international, and global post-purchase experiences across web and app. Define problem spaces, design direction, success metrics, and customer journeys while partnering with product, engineering, data, research, and content teams. Use research, analytics, and experimentation to improve outcomes, contribute to design systems, facilitate decisions, and mentor designers.
