Administer and maintain Zipline's Siemens PLM and CAD ecosystem (Teamcenter, NX). Monitor application health, triage incidents, coordinate with Siemens and vendors, perform root-cause analysis, manage user provisioning and license allocation, maintain environments and runbooks, and coordinate patches/upgrades to ensure reliable engineering workflows.

Partner with Global Operations leaders to own forecasting, variance analysis, driver-based models, and decision-support analyses. Build scalable reporting, translate operational context into financial insight, identify cost and utilization improvements, and support planning, consolidation, and leadership decision-making across maintenance, flight operations, supply chain, launch, and support functions.

Lead development and operations of automated weather intelligence for mission go/no-go decisions. Translate meteorological uncertainty into operational limits, validate models via simulation and flight tests, set SLAs and metrics, run incident response/on-call, and hire/manage a small technical team to improve uptime and delivery throughput.

Build monitoring dashboards, alerting tools, and ad hoc analyses to track flight reliability and safety. Extract and model system performance data (SQL, data warehouse), collaborate with engineers and data teams, ensure efficient data access, and present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify fleet issues and improve operations.

Lead supply chain analytics and strategic programs: build dashboards and models (SQL, Python, Tableau/Power BI), analyze ERP/MRP and supplier data, drive supplier integrations (EDI/APIs), lead executive-level projects, improve processes and forecast accuracy, and partner cross-functionally to scale manufacturing and supplier operations.

Lead aerodynamic design and analysis for Zipline vehicles: conceptual design, validated aerodynamics plant models, low-noise/high-efficiency propeller design, deliver CAD surfaces, and design/maintain wind-tunnel and flight-test hardware and measurement methods.

Own and architect mission-critical operational systems for manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and traceability. Design APIs, data models, and resilient hardware integrations; improve service reliability and observability; participate in on-call rotations and incident response; prototype workflows on the shop floor; mentor engineers and refine CI/CD and automated testing to ensure safe, high-throughput production.

Design and own the physical user experience for Platform 2 components from research and concept through prototypes to manufacturable releases. Conduct user research and testing, create sketches, CAD, renderings and mockups, partner with engineering and manufacturing, and de-risk designs for real-world deployment.

Lead end-to-end execution of multiple distribution center launches in Nigeria: own integrated deployment plans, drive cross-functional execution, build repeatable operating systems and dashboards, run program governance, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure sites launch safely, on schedule, and within cost targets.

Lead and develop a team of technical recruiters, partner with engineering leaders to build long-term hiring strategies, coach recruiters to identify exceptional talent, improve recruiting processes and interview quality, and scale a high-performing hiring organization for engineering and technical leadership roles.
