Lead release forums, resolve blockers, improve release processes, and develop metrics and dashboards that provide accurate release-health assessments. Facilitate technical decisions and cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, and leadership.

Own relationships with Phoenix restaurant and retail partners, launch new sites, and expand drone delivery services. Build trusted partnerships with local managers, coordinate cross-functional execution, solve operational challenges, gather customer insights, analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and advocate for product and service improvements. Own strategic enterprise accounts and drive complex sales from prospecting through contract execution and launch. Build executive relationships, develop business cases, manage multi-year negotiations, expand pilots into scaled deployments, and achieve revenue targets across healthcare, retail, logistics, food and beverage, and consumer services. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, Regulatory, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to deliver autonomous delivery solutions.

Build and own a scalable operational platform supporting site acquisition, permitting, construction, deployment tracking, and launch readiness. Design APIs, data models, workflows, integrations, and production services with strong auditability, observability, reliability, and recovery. Partner cross-functionally with operational teams, replace manual processes, ship measurable improvements, participate in on-call and incident response, and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on in software development.

Build tools for visualizing hardware changes, evaluating compatibility across product revisions, and summarizing hardware capabilities. Develop a user interface for submitting engineering changes, standardizing information, reducing errors, and generating clear change summaries. Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define workflows, validate data, and support high-volume change management for new product introduction and manufacturing operations.
