Lead Tonal's brand strategy and creative execution to elevate positioning in premium connected fitness. Build social prospect community, commission research and insights, run high-profile campaigns and events, manage in-house and agency creative teams, drive partnership activations, and measure performance against KPIs to increase awareness, affinity, and consideration.

Produce and edit photo and video content across channels (web, social, paid, email, retail). Lead end-to-end shoots from pre-production through delivery, collaborate with brand and studio teams, direct on-camera talent, and optimize assets for each channel while maintaining a cohesive visual point of view.

Lead monthly and quarterly revenue close and ASC 606 revenue recognition processes. Manage deferred revenue analyses, AR aging for retail partners, order-to-cash, billing dispute resolution, revenue metrics, audit support, process improvements, and mentor junior team members.

Tag, organize, and maintain Tonal's content and media asset library using detailed metadata and taxonomy work. Manage post-production and CMS pipelines, verify production documents against workout programming, perform quality control on final exports, and support operational trackers and cross-department coordination.
