Lead and execute comprehensive Red Team engagements across network, application, cloud, mobile, physical, and social-engineering domains. Develop C2 infrastructure, leverage AI/LLMs, perform threat modeling, validate remediations, produce evidence-based reports, advise stakeholders, support audits, and mentor cross-functional security teams to improve detection and defenses.

Lead adversarial red team operations by designing and executing covert red team simulations across network, application, cloud, mobile, physical, and social domains. Develop C2 infrastructure, use AI/LLMs to accelerate offensive tradecraft, perform threat modeling and risk assessments, validate remediations, produce evidence-based reports, mentor junior staff, and ensure alignment with regulations and security best practices.

Lead and manage a cyber monitoring and incident response team (4-6 staff), perform Tier-3 security analysis, drive alert tuning and reduction, implement automation/AI solutions, ensure compliance, develop playbooks, and deliver security metrics to leadership.

Perform advanced security monitoring and incident response as a Tier 2 analyst: investigate complex incidents, contain and remediate threats, develop playbooks, collaborate with threat intelligence and IT teams, mentor Tier 1 analysts, and contribute to SOC process improvements and post-incident reviews.

Provide paralegal support to the Office of the Corporate Secretary: prepare and proof Board and committee materials, draft minutes and resolutions, maintain corporate records and director onboarding materials, ensure compliance with governance requirements, perform legal research, and handle confidential administrative tasks for executives and the Board.

Manage administration and communications for health, welfare, retirement and wellbeing programs. Administer leaves of absence, coordinate vendors, ensure compliance (FMLA, ADA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA), run wellness initiatives, support open enrollment and system activities (Workday/SharePoint), analyze program utilization, and lead Total Rewards projects and process improvements.

The Associate Principal of Security Engineering will manage privileged access systems, implement AI-based security, and enhance security architecture while providing support and leadership in cybersecurity initiatives.

Lead and execute governance, risk, and compliance activities including remediation management, change management, exam management, policy governance, and reporting. Collaborate with second/third lines of defense and external partners, track remediation lifecycle and metrics, maintain GRC tool documentation, identify process optimization opportunities, and mentor junior team members to strengthen control infrastructure and regulatory readiness.

Support the regulatory compliance team by maintaining policies, controls, and processes; advise business units on regulatory obligations; drive remediation of findings; support compliance monitoring, reporting to leadership and the Board, exam preparation, and training. Keep abreast of regulatory changes and strengthen compliance frameworks across the organization.

Support development, delivery, and administration of learning and development and career-growth programs. Facilitate training (in-person and online), manage LMS tasks, coordinate logistics and schedules, track enrollments and completion, support stakeholder communications, vendor relationships, and OD outreach, and collaborate with team members on projects and reporting.
