Manage European People Operations services across the UK, France, and Germany, including payroll, benefits, pensions, onboarding, immigration, employee relations, compliance, and offboarding. Supports the PowerUps team by modeling, texturing, and rendering 3D assets and animations for Happy Meal interactive experiences, mobile games, and motion design projects. Collaborates with creative and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced studio environment while participating in client work, networking, professional development, and a summer capstone project.

Supports front-end and back-end technology solutions that create digital experiences. Collaborates with strategy, UX, development, and creative teams to craft user journeys, support digital product lifecycles, and contribute to roadmap development. Participates in real client projects, a team Capstone project, professional development sessions, networking, and cross-functional internship activities.

Supports digital campaign projects and content operations processes, collaborating with Account, Creative, Data, and Digital Experience teams. The intern helps manage marketing workflows, improve ways of working, and contribute to client projects while developing professional, organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Supports the PowerUps team in creating digital assets, UI elements, layouts, and visual content for interactive mobile game experiences. Supports production leads on client projects by tracking status, preparing bids, estimates, schedules, and milestones. Collaborates with internal and external partners to identify needs and develop effective solutions. Helps implement production policies and procedures, supports timely and accurate delivery, promotes operational excellence, and stays informed about print and digital technology advances.

Supports the Accessibility Team in creating inclusive digital experiences across platforms and technologies. Assists with accessibility testing, implementation, documentation, and research while collaborating with design, development, and quality assurance teams. Applies accessibility standards and best practices to real-world digital projects and contributes to agency accessibility initiatives.
