Conduct personalized email, phone, and social outreach; research prospect needs; coordinate discovery meetings with sales representatives; and consistently exceed sales targets and quotas. The role requires CRM and outbound sales tool proficiency, strong interpersonal skills, initiative, adaptability, and interest in mental health and emerging AI technology.

Oversee 1099 and W2 provider onboarding workflows, maintain provider accounts, document requirements, support clinical onboarding initiatives, and report on enrollment trends. Identify process improvements, bugs, product gaps, and operational bottlenecks while coordinating with stakeholders to resolve issues and streamline onboarding through Fountain and Talkspace platforms.

Develop and grow strategic relationships with benefits consulting firms to drive awareness, referrals, pipeline, and revenue for Talkspace solutions. Educate consultants, support sales opportunities and RFPs, coordinate partner engagements, assist with contract management, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Implementation. Track partner activity and performance in Salesforce while identifying market trends and growth opportunities.

Leads and develops client support representatives, monitors performance and quality metrics, manages staffing and CRM queues, conducts coaching and reviews, supports hiring and payroll, improves SOPs and service processes, resolves escalated customer issues, and collaborates with training, quality, content, and other departments.

Develop demand forecasts, capacity and staffing plans, gap analyses, and what-if scenarios. Build recurring and ad hoc reports using Looker and spreadsheets, monitor real-time performance, investigate variances, and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders and operations stakeholders.

Analyze product, provider network, user engagement, and platform performance data using SQL and Python. Build dashboards, reports, data models, and automated quality reporting with Looker, dbt, and related tools. Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable product, operational, and strategic recommendations. Support data warehouse architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and senior leadership decision-making.

Leads software engineering teams in developing, reviewing, testing, and releasing production-ready features. Plans work, delegates tasks, resolves technical challenges, monitors system health, and ensures code quality and QA standards. Mentors junior engineers, supports hiring and training, communicates technical decisions, identifies risks, and collaborates with product, management, and business stakeholders. Requires strong React and Node.js expertise, software development experience, and technical leadership capabilities.

Coordinates strategic Network Operations initiatives from planning through post-launch, managing project plans, timelines, stakeholders, risks, documentation, reporting, and launch readiness. Liaises with providers and facilities on scheduling, logistics, and operational requirements, while supporting process improvement, data accuracy, and cross-functional alignment. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through across multiple concurrent projects.
