Build and maintain full-stack analytics and data visualization products, contributing to architecture, APIs, data pipelines, query optimization, front-end experiences, and AI/ML capabilities. Manage territory activities, hit call/meeting and revenue targets, use Salesforce/CRM for pipeline and forecasting, collaborate cross-functionally, and engage senior/C-level buyers through complex sales cycles.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS customers throughout onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. Own renewal forecasting, customer health metrics, executive business reviews, and adoption programs. Serve as a strategic advisor, identify workflow improvements, support change management, and partner with Sales on upsell opportunities. Maintain customer satisfaction and retention while managing multiple projects and presenting solutions to enterprise stakeholders.

Lead technical pre-sales activities including discovery, solution architecture, demos, PoCs, risk identification, RFP/security responses, and handoffs. Advise on integrations, APIs, data workflows, security, and analytics while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive enterprise wins.

Manage and nurture a portfolio of customers through onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion. Own renewal forecasting and customer health metrics, deliver executive business reviews, recommend best practices, and partner with Sales on upsell opportunities to maximize retention and growth.

Own product strategy and roadmap for analytics and data visualization. Prioritize backlog, define technical requirements with engineering, champion AI/ML features, analyze market and usage data, track KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive product adoption and go-to-market initiatives.
