Design and deliver engaging in-person and remote training for restaurant clients on SpotOn POS and related software. Create user guides, videos, and interactive materials; host Q&A and facilitate participation; document session feedback and update resources to reflect software changes and client needs.

Configure, optimize, and enhance restaurant POS menus and integrations for clients. Provide advanced consultations, troubleshoot complex configurations, manage escalated tickets, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support. The role also mentors junior specialists, improves documentation and workflows, and maintains compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards.
