Lead design and implementation of data platform architecture and pipelines (ELT) using Spark/Databricks and AWS. Ensure governance, metric consistency, security, and performance of business-critical datasets. Troubleshoot and optimize data processing, enable analytics access, define table/metric standards, and mentor engineers to deliver reliable data services.

Lead Sovrn's legal and privacy function: manage commercial contracting, privacy/data protection, IP, disputes, outside counsel, legal operations and CLM tooling; advise execs and cross-functional teams on legal, AI governance, and compliance with adtech/privacy laws.

Sell Sovrns programmatic marketplace solutions to advertisers, agencies, and trading desks. Identify and close new business, manage full sales cycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, forecast pipeline, build customized programmatic campaigns (open auction and private deals), present QBRs, and run managed trading solutions. Travel ~25-30% for client meetings and events.
