Implement secure, performant TypeScript across extension contexts (content scripts, background/service workers, extension pages), write tests, debug with browser devtools, and collaborate with designers, backend, and QA to deliver scalable in-browser security capabilities.

Serve as a strategic technical advisor and post-sales point of contact, driving customer adoption of Zscaler Zero Trust solutions. Build stakeholder relationships, provide technical governance, identify risks, manage escalations across teams, analyze customer data to create adoption strategies, and develop best practices and enablement materials.

Architect and oversee technical sales engagements for enterprise customers, run end-to-end Proofs of Value, and collaborate with internal teams to design network security and Zero Trust solutions that resolve critical customer pain points.

The Account Executive will build relationships with key stakeholders, develop long-term strategies, and align Zscaler solutions with client goals. A focused problem-solving mindset is essential for success.

Lead end-to-end product design for complex enterprise cybersecurity workflows, using Figma and AI-powered tools to prototype, validate, and deliver implementation-ready experiences. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and AI teams, evolve design systems and UX standards, mentor designers, and apply front-end knowledge to translate designs into production-ready solutions.

Manage and develop an SDR team to generate pipeline and qualify leads. Recruit, onboard, and coach reps; monitor dashboards and data accuracy; optimize outbound tech stack; align SDR, marketing, and sales; define metrics and report team performance.
