Act as the primary specialist for the Zero Trust Branch product portfolio to drive revenue growth. Use AI-assisted frameworks to generate and execute test plans, validate bug fixes, and collaborate with developers and product. Support core cloud operations including phased rollouts, feature enablement, alert handling, capacity planning, performance benchmarking, chaos testing, and diagnosing complex distributed failures to maintain high availability.

Serve as a technical leader for sales: present Zscaler cloud security platform, gather customer technical requirements, deliver demos, POVs and POCs, translate goals into architecture and recommendations, partner with sales as a trusted advisor through customers' cloud/security transformation.

Lead technical sales for public sector accounts: own technical sales process, provide thought leadership, deliver demos and whiteboard solutions, qualify opportunities, and advise on cloud-native Zero Trust and network security transformations.

Sell and expand Zscaler Zero Trust Networking (ZTNA) solutions (Cloud/Branch Connector, AirGap, IoT). Build account-based strategies, collaborate with solution engineers and sales teams, engage C-level stakeholders, close net-new and expansion deals, and grow partner relationships. Travel ~10–20% within region.

Act as a technical partner for sales in France: present Zscaler cloud security solutions, gather technical requirements, deliver demos, POVs and POCs, translate customer goals into solution recommendations, and support customers through transformation as a trusted advisor.

Lead technical sales for telco customers: own the technical sale, deliver demos, whiteboard sessions, and strategic advice, and drive adoption of cloud-native Zero Trust security solutions.

Manage an assigned UK public sector education territory to drive revenue growth by selling Zscaler cloud security SaaS solutions, pursuing new logos and upsell opportunities, and collaborating with sales engineering, solution architecture, value consulting, and transformation teams through complex sales cycles.
