Lead global FP&A for DTC and social commerce, partnering with media and marketing to drive forecasting, margin management, commercial strategy, and platform economics (TikTok Shop). Develop and execute DVP&R, run DFMEA and design reviews, analyze pre-production data, manage ECNs, and partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and suppliers to establish process controls, CAPAs, and corrective actions to ensure products meet quality standards prior to production launch.

Prepare and deliver monthly UK Opex management accounts, own specific P&L areas, manage accruals/prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations, provide variance analysis and commentary, support budgeting and reforecasting, drive process improvements, and respond to ad-hoc financial analysis requests.

Lead CMF strategy across product categories from trend research to production sign-off. Develop palettes, material libraries, specs, and prototypes; manage supplier relationships; champion CMF in reviews; and mentor junior designers to raise craft and ensure production fidelity.
