Build and evolve the Anvil design system through React and TypeScript UI engineering, reusable libraries, components, tooling, automation, testing, documentation, and CI/CD improvements. Partner with Design, Engineering, and Product teams to improve scalable, accessible, adaptive UI development. Leverage AI tools to enhance design and engineering workflows, maintain repository integrity, define standards, propose component architectures, monitor adoption, and communicate design trade-offs.

Lead design, development, deployment, and scaling of cloud infrastructure and SRE tooling. Build automation, CI/CD, observability, capacity planning, and reliability improvements; collaborate with product teams to define non-functional requirements and resolve production issues.

Build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound calls, emails, account-based outreach, discovery, and product demonstrations. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities among existing and prospective customers, partner with Account Managers and Sales teams, maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data, support reporting, represent the company at industry events, and share best practices with peers. Domestic travel is required, including frequent tradeshow trips.
