Design engagement, onboarding, advocacy, and event programs; track KPIs and analytics; manage content, forums, and user groups; partner cross-functionally to align community initiatives with product and business goals; gather customer feedback to influence product and voice-of-customer programs; and apply automation and digital tools to scale community experiences.
