Technical Customer Success Engineer owning enterprise accounts: drive adoption, retention, and growth by advising on Scandit products/SDKs, leading discovery, building demos and integrations, running workshops/QBRs, and coordinating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support.

Manage a portfolio of US enterprise accounts to drive adoption, retention, and growth. Act as a technical advisor on Scandit products and SDKs, lead discovery, build demos and code snippets, support integrations, run workshops/QBRs, identify risks and expansion opportunities, and partner cross-functionally to deliver customer outcomes.

Serve as a technical Customer Success Engineer for US enterprise accounts: drive adoption, retention, and growth; build/configure demos and integrations; share code snippets; run workshops, QBRs, and discovery; partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support; identify risks and expansion opportunities; act as customer advocate.

Generate pre-sale opportunities via phone, email and social; qualify inbound leads; run qualification calls to assess commercial and technical fit; research target accounts; engage senior executives; set meetings and demos for Account Executives; maintain CRM data and detailed sales notes; collaborate with AEs and field marketers across countries and verticals.

Lead global accounting, tax and treasury functions including month/quarter/year close, multi-entity consolidation, tax compliance, audits, treasury operations, controls, ERP improvements and team development to scale finance operations.

Own the strategy and roadmap for ShelfView capture across mobile, fixed cameras, and robots. Define capture experience, scheduling, store onboarding, quality metrics, and run experiments. Collaborate with design, mobile engineering, and computer vision teams to improve capture accuracy, cost, and speed, and coordinate pilots and launches with sales and marketing.
