Build and maintain Marketing AI platform components end-to-end: gather partner requirements, design and implement backend services, integrate LLMs and AI tooling, analyze data to inform decisions, ensure production reliability and security, and collaborate across teams to deliver production-ready capabilities.

Process global vendor payments, disbursements, refunds, taxes and reimbursements; ensure timely multi-currency payments; prepare payment registers for treasury; reconcile cash accounts and balance sheets; support month-end close, journal entries and accruals; respond to payment inquiries; drive process improvements and manage small projects.

Own GTM and product-led growth for Remitly Business across UK and EU: drive awareness, SMB acquisition, and early retention. Build scalable acquisition engines and growth loops across paid, SEO, partnerships, community, and PLG. Lead product launches for adoption and revenue, develop localized ICPs, and deploy AI agent workflows to automate research, content, reporting, and competitive monitoring. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and report to Head of Marketing.

Lead and run the operating rhythm for the Core Transfer Experience org: set meeting cadences, goal-setting and tracking, executive communications, and cross-squad programs. Prepare the GM for executive forums, drive cross-team initiatives to committed dates, manage org mechanics with Recruiting and Finance, and build scalable processes, templates, and documentation. Hold leaders accountable, escalate appropriately, and remove organizational friction to deliver outcomes across distributed teams.

Lead growth, health, and commercial performance of Remitly's APAC ambassador program. Recruit, onboard, train, retain, and motivate ambassadors; manage community events and local logistics; launch and scale the program in new markets; track NCA, active and CAC metrics; partner with legal, marketing, and country teams to align strategy and operations.
