Defines and schedules analyses, oversees thermal-fluid calculations, CFD and fluid-network modeling, validates uncertainty using test data, and develops internal simulation tools. Provides technical guidance on propellant management, compressible and multiphase flow, thermal systems, and hardware requirements while mentoring engineers and coordinating cross-functional delivery across vehicle development milestones.

Leads a vehicle fluids analysis team supporting rocket hardware design, operations, propulsion, and GNC. Defines and schedules analyses, manages resources, ensures appropriate fidelity, and mentors engineers. Performs thermal-fluid calculations and CFD modeling for compressible, incompressible, and multiphase flows, including propellant management, manifolds, feedlines, and thermal stratification. Validates models using test data and literature while advancing internal simulation tools for ascent, in-space, and reentry operations.

Designs and supports high-power electrical systems for rocket launch and processing facilities, including power generation, distribution, protection, controls, and sequencing. Responsibilities include creating construction drawings, requirements, bid packages, procurement documentation, and installation plans; participating in design reviews; troubleshooting systems; and collaborating with senior engineers, subcontractors, management, and cross-functional teams. The role supports electrical systems from 22.5 kV to 120 V and future aerospace facility development.

Lead quality and reliability for Terran R components by embedding reliability into design and production. Develop processes, controls, inspections, DFM practices, nonconformance and corrective action workflows, and coordinate in-process verification while partnering with engineering, additive, manufacturing, test, and launch teams to scale a robust quality system.
