Lead and deliver complex technical programs from kickoff through customer delivery. Translate customer requirements into plans, maintain integrated schedules, manage budgets/contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee risk/configuration/change control, and communicate program status to leadership and customers to ensure cost, schedule, technical, and commercial success.

Provide design-for-manufacturing feedback and support primary-structure assembly for Terran R, covering shop-floor builds, clearing production barriers, and driving process improvements. Create work instructions, specifications, and standardize high-fidelity manufacturing processes while collaborating with design, manufacturing, reliability teams, production staff, and vendors.
