As a Senior Ground Systems Engineer at Relativity, you will be responsible for design, fabrication, and modification of test stands for our Terran 1 and Terran R engines and stages.

Responsible for bringing structural test stands from design concept to full operational readiness. Design and analysis of steel weldments, creating drawings and work instructions, writing and executing test day procedures, supporting design and data reviews of flight structures.

Develop control and guidance solutions for the Terran R vehicle. Support ground and flight tests for the launch vehicle. Work on simulation environment setup, software development, and physics model development. Experience with Docker and advanced software development practices is a plus.

The Senior Mission Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring the highest level of engineering rigor in the design, build, and operation of Relativity's rockets. They will work across all engineering disciplines to tackle challenging issues and improve vehicle reliability. Key responsibilities include performing independent assessments of subsystem and system designs, driving architectural decision making, leading root cause investigations, and developing processes and tools.

The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for the development, design, engineering, and construction of new launch and test site infrastructure. They will manage civil and structural aspects of construction projects, collaborate with internal teams, and provide technical support throughout the infrastructure process.

Lead a team of engineers to develop a cohesive robotics platform for industrial automation. Define robotic control algorithms, lead integration and testing efforts, prioritize safety measures, maintain code quality, provide technical leadership, and support team development.
