This is a paid, six-month, on-site internship requiring fluent English and interest in SaaS, digital media, sports, and intellectual property.

Manage and grow a customer book of business by driving product adoption, renewals, expansion, retention, and advocacy. Lead and grow strategic partner relationships, manage the Revenue Recovery Program operations, support new partner acquisition, negotiate commercial agreements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive partner engagement and ARR growth.

Prospect and qualify enterprise brands facing online infringement by outbound outreach, research, and high-level conversations. Prioritize accounts with AEs, analyze online risk, coordinate meetings, and generate qualified opportunities while collaborating with sales, marketing, and prospecting teams.

Drive outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads for Account Executives. Educate prospects on Red Points' anti-piracy and anti-counterfeit solutions, manage your pipeline in Salesforce, conduct high-level conversations with senior executives, and collaborate with sales leadership to build target account lists and progress deals to meetings.

Manage a portfolio of Enterprise and Mid-Market clients to maximize product value, drive adoption, retain and grow revenue, run regular reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, and identify KPI improvements to achieve customer business goals.
