The Staff Software Engineer will lead the architecture of scalable applications using React and NodeJS, optimize development processes, and manage projects within an Agile framework.

Serve as technical lead for Spotlight Listings and Agent Directory, owning end-to-end architecture across React/Next.js frontends, Node.js backends, GraphQL/REST APIs. Drive performance, scalability, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, testing, observability, and mentor engineers while partnering with Product, Design, and Data.

Lead CRM marketing analytics for Seller and Owner verticals: build segmentation and personalization models, map customer journeys, design targeted campaigns, define KPIs, analyze consumer data, integrate CRM with other systems, collaborate with engineering and marketing to optimize engagement and drive revenue.

Lead NLP analytics for semantic search: evaluate semantic search models on real query logs, extract intent and conversational signals, prototype data products, design experiments and metrics, instrument LLM outputs with observability tooling, and partner with product and engineering to deliver production-ready features and recommendations.

Lead SOX compliance for Snowflake environments: implement and manage ITGCs, RBAC, access reviews, change management, auditing/logging, disaster recovery, and technical audit evidence. Coordinate with Finance, Data Governance, and engineering to embed controls, support audits, and align SOX with CCPA and broader governance.

Lead measurement and analytics for Spotlight Listings: define KPIs and instrumentation, build SSOT dashboards, model inventory capacity, design marketplace experiments, own revenue and activation reporting, ensure data quality, and partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to inform pricing and renewal strategies.

Lead strategy and execution for corporate brand programs and partnerships, manage the corporate marketing calendar, coordinate CEO/executive appearances, commission creative partners, build reusable asset libraries, measure program performance, and steward strategic partnerships to advance brand perception and thought leadership.

Lead design and delivery of the AI-powered creative operating system connecting audience intelligence, briefs, concepting, asset production, and performance feedback. Build and standardize video and image AI pipelines, Figma automation, tool stack selection, and workflows that scale creative output. Embed with creative teams to ship production-ready systems, evaluate emerging capabilities, and ensure measurable increases in output with flat headcount.

Lead and implement digital marketing strategies for ecommerce platforms, focusing on demand generation and customer engagement. Collaborate cross-functionally and optimize user experiences through data-driven insights and innovation.
