Build account plans, map stakeholders, drive C-level engagement, create ROI-based business cases, collaborate with SDRs and solutions consultants, and close seven-figure deals while managing territory strategy and competitive positioning.

Lead research and engineering of production-grade ML/AI models (NLP, generative and agentic systems). Design, evaluate, and deploy scalable models, implement evaluation-driven development, mentor junior scientists, collaborate with product and engineering, and embed observability and CI/CD benchmarking to ensure reliable, ethical, and high-impact AI features.

Lead and grow a team of Technical Success Managers serving Enterprise LATAM customers; drive onboarding, adoption, retention, revenue growth, capacity planning, hiring, coaching, and executive relationships.
