Provides part-time administrative and executive support for the Chicago Office and executive team. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, travel, events, catering, mail, visitors, records, office inventory, expenditures, budgets, repairs, work orders, and executive expense reconciliation. The role also supports a safe workplace and responds to internal information requests and ad hoc needs.

Leads strategic pre-sales engagements for pricing technology solutions. Facilitates discovery and implementation workshops, translates business needs into requirements and functional designs, advises customers on pricing and transformation, develops estimates and proposals, negotiates Statements of Work, and partners with account executives, revenue teams, and solution architects. Builds executive stakeholder relationships and ensures smooth transition from sales to delivery.

Provides third-level technical support for enterprise pricing software customers. Responsibilities include incident and service-request resolution, ITIL-based SLA management, log analysis, Groovy debugging, PostgreSQL querying, integration troubleshooting, monitoring-alert response, root-cause analysis, defect reporting, customer communication, maintenance and upgrade support, and knowledge-base development. The role collaborates with Engineering, TechOps, Consulting, QA, and Customer Success teams and includes an approximately monthly evening and weekend standby rotation after training.
