Leads PatientIQ’s full-stack B2B marketing function, owning demand generation, pipeline development, brand positioning, events, marketing infrastructure, KPIs, and team growth. The VP will drive qualified pipeline across Provider, MedTech & RWE, and Marketplace segments; manage paid channels and ABM; establish ROI reporting; support specialty-market expansion; and align marketing investment with commercial growth targets.

Own expansion quota, build CS-as-revenue playbooks and incentives, manage strategic accounts, lead three teams (Enterprise CS, Specialty CS, Outcomes Research & Registries), partner with sales, and oversee headcount and capacity planning to grow NRR to 120%+.

Lead and govern PatientIQ's portfolio of strategic initiatives, build the Strategic Program Office, drive cross-functional execution, establish KPI frameworks and AI-enabled workflows, produce executive analyses, and maintain accountability across teams to deliver measurable commercial and operational outcomes.
