As Senior Product Manager for AI and Automation at PagerDuty, you will strategize and execute product development across automation and cloud services, focusing on autonomous SRE agents' functionalities and integration with AI/ML.

The Senior Product Manager for AI and Automation owns product strategy for PagerDuty's automation products, leading the roadmap for AI-native SRE agents while collaborating with engineering and design teams.

Support public company legal operations including SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements), Section 16 reporting, board and committee administration, board portal management, subsidiary and entity maintenance, D&O processes, and cross-functional compliance projects. Coordinate annual meeting logistics, insider trading/blackout processes, and operational legal tasks while partnering with Finance, IR, HR, and others.

Lead content strategy and production for PagerDuty as a contracting Head of Content Marketing. Create and edit long- and short-form assets, manage content calendar and agency partners, align content to business and product priorities, optimize for SEO and lead generation, track performance metrics, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Performance Marketing to support campaigns, launches, and stakeholder needs.

Serve as the primary finance business partner for GTM: own ARR and revenue forecasting, retention and pipeline analysis, expense and headcount planning, and sales compensation support. Lead annual planning and quarterly forecasting, build durable self-serve reporting and AI-assisted workflows, and prepare executive-level analyses for CRO/CFO/Board decision-making. Modernize finance tooling and drive scenario modeling and variance analysis to inform go-to-market strategy.

Run technical discovery, design integrations, and provide pre-sales technical guidance to support sales cycles. Answer RFP/RFI/security questions, demonstrate PagerDuty value to stakeholders, manage multiple accounts, and collaborate with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations.

Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion. Build executive relationships, execute strategic account plans, drive Operations Cloud adoption, manage complex multi-product deals, maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts using MEDDICC, and collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure retention and ROI.

Lead developer advocacy by building sample apps and demos against the PagerDuty API, writing technical content, speaking at events, engaging developer communities, routing product feedback, and enabling internal stakeholders. Focus includes incident management, operational resilience, and AI/agentic capabilities. Hybrid role with expected in-office presence and up to 25% travel.

Design, configure, implement, and administer PagerDuty's Workday ecosystem across Core HCM, Compensation, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, and Security. Lead feature release testing, evaluate and deploy AI-enabled Workday capabilities, automate reporting and workflows, maintain data integrity through audits, and partner with stakeholders, Security, Legal, and IT to drive user adoption and responsible AI governance.
