Ensure accuracy and completeness of product and market data: code products, maintain databases, validate and resolve discrepancies, monitor product updates, archive source information, track KPIs, and support clients and internal teams with data-related queries.

Design, implement, and maintain robust Scrapy spiders and crawling solutions to collect large-scale e-commerce data. Conduct code reviews and data validation, architect cross-repository features, document systems, and train teams. Leverage deep HTTP/browser knowledge and internal tools to bypass anti-bot measures and ensure resilient, high-quality data collection.

Drive sales and renewals for Consumer Behavior Insights and Brand products within an assigned FMCG portfolio. Build pipeline, identify new revenue streams, manage forecasting, develop account and joint business plans with cross-functional teams, gather voice-of-customer feedback, expand client networks, and escalate product needs and market trends to inform product strategy.

Serve as the client-facing lead for research projects: manage client relationships, define research objectives, design questionnaires, oversee fieldwork, analyze data (including multivariate methods), produce reports, troubleshoot database/software/coding issues, coordinate with internal teams, and coach junior staff to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
