Manage supplier engagements and onboarding for retailers and eCommerce vendors, ensuring data quality, SLA adherence, and timely issue resolution. Monitor and report KPIs, collaborate with data analysts and operations teams, lead supplier conversations to drive improvements, support data testing and format alignment, and contribute to system enhancements including SAP and file transfer setups.

Support Western Europe retail teams by analysing sales and consumer data to produce actionable insights. Create tables, charts and presentations, own insight delivery, support client meetings, and build stakeholder relationships to improve category and brand performance.
