Lead design, prototyping, and production deployment of LLM-powered and NLP systems. Own architecture, MLOps, evaluation, monitoring, and scalability. Mentor engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver observable, reliable AI features on cloud infrastructure.

Lead IAM strategy and a small engineering team to govern identities and access across the corporate estate. Own IAM governance, RBAC and SoD standards, access reviews/certification, privileged access/JIT, non-human identity governance, and platform operations (Entra ID, Okta). Partner with CISO, IT, and Internal Audit to drive roadmap, SaaS onboarding, audit readiness, and metrics-driven reduction of standing and orphaned accounts.

Lead a strategic UX research program for enterprise B2B software: define research agenda, build customer frameworks (mindsets, JTBD, journeys), combine qualitative and quantitative signals, partner with analytics and data science, influence product and executive leadership, mentor teams, and establish research methods, tooling, and standards.

Design, build, and deliver large-scale, resilient distributed backend services for a cloud-native data platform. Implement and test features, collaborate with product and architects, improve reliability, performance, and CI/CD practices, handle L3 support, and participate in agile ceremonies.

Manage Quote-to-Cash operations across quoting, order processing, renewals, licensing, invoicing support, and CRM hygiene. Serve as operational partner to Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Customer Success while driving process improvements and ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, research, and lead qualification. Collaborate with sales and marketing to create opportunities, follow up on campaigns, and articulate Nexthink value to technical and non-technical buyers.
