Lead and build a strategic UX research program to generate foundational customer insights, create durable frameworks (mindsets, JTBD, journey maps), partner with analytics/data science, influence product and executive decisions, mentor teams, and establish research methods and tooling to shape product and business strategy for enterprise IT customers.
